Yeah. This site is funny and spot on in some posts, but other posts bug me. Like where the author seems to imply that looking at porn before you’re married can lead to exhausive married sex in the future (see #37). I might have misunderstood the author. Maybe he just means that we should promote the joys healthy, biblical sex as part of our teachings on why sexual purity is important. But that doesn’t appear to be the direction he’s taking it.

    Correction:
Maybe “She” means. Didn’t see the author’s profile when I first posted my comment. I aplogize for my ignorance.

Hey Damon. Sorry I’m just now looking here. For whatever it’s worth, I didn’t mean to imply that looking at porn before you’re married can lead to exhaustive married sex later. I only mean that porn isn’t nearly as good as the real thing.

Ok. That makes sense. Thanks for clearing things up for me, and I’m sorry for any problems my comments might have caused. And yeah, as a married guy who has had his share or problems, I can vouch that the real thing is alot better. But it also takes alot more work/prayer for it to be better, because it’s only better when it’s part of a healthy realtionship. And I think that’s where the temptation to take the easy way out with porn comes in. At least, that’s been my experience. Thanks for your site. It’s funny and revealing.

It’s okay, your comments didn’t cause any problems at all. My thought on what you said here is that I don’t know how much work/prayer is involved, because so much of it is a gift, just a gift. When I think of all the stuff I’ve been spared from that I didn’t even know to work towards or pray for, it just seems like a gift.
