Our actual weekly services start on Sept 2 2007 but the church is already 'gathering' through our website that just went live a few weeks ago. We came up with what we call the 'upside-down church' to describe our interpretation of the New Testament church model that places more importance on people ministering to people 24-7 over the planning and conducting of weekend worship services. I feel like a novice when it comes to the web. I do feel confident navigating around the web myself, but too often I feel as a church, we are only scratching the surface in terms of leveraging it's potential. Do you have someone either staff or volunteer that focus on communication?, if so, would you mind sharing their job description and what the scope of that responsibility looks like?
