Drew, I'm in a Dmin program at CIU (leadership) and I am being asked to write a paper that describes my Phil of min. Hmmmm. I definitely have one; and appreciate your mentioning 4 items in this post. Any enlargement on what to include under the heading of phil of min would a great help.

though I'm just getting to this post a couple of months late, thanks! It's clarifying and encouraging. It's a beautiful example of not just what a philo of min should be, but who we are to be.

Thank you for this. I am thousands of miles away but this articulation of what we are all supposed to be about is very thought-provoking. It has prompted me to start thinking what philosophy I might put down on paper. Unlike so many of these sorts of things, Tim has managed to keep it clear and simple but theologically thorough. A great achievement. May the Lord bless him.

Thanks for putting this up Drew. Tim's involvement with you guys is exciting, and this write up is very helpful in understanding what Kaleo is all about. You guys have a compelling vision for ministry. It seems like it captures the ideals of what Scriptures present to us as the way the Gospel can and should be carried out in the mission of the church.
