We are a young church in its fourth year. We want to redo our church website to be a centerpiece of activity and communication – active in facilitating community and furthering our commitment to a gospel-centered culture. I see that I have missed the timing cutoff for our church to be involved in your first group of participants, but I have been in touch with Mike Elias. We are currently investigating a move to Ekklesia360 to host our new church web presence. Please keep up the great work. Many church bodies will benefit. Blessings.

Hi Drew,

I would love the opportunity to participate in this activity. We are part of a small church plant in Melbourne, Australia.

High unemployment, low education and a small understanding of how to use technology seems to be the norm amongst our 100 or so attendees.

We are set up on Facebook, Twitter and Youtube and have a Joomla powered website at the moment.

Hey Drew, we might be up for participating in this at the tier 2 level, but I would need more details. We don’t mind sharing what all is working for us and what hasn’t in return for great research and the chance to have bright minds critique and correct where we’ve missed the boat. We are already committed to Shadetree as our Community Platform and Web Empowered Church as our CMS, but if that doesn’t disqualify us I think we could contribute something useful and learn a lot too. Let me know!

This is a great idea! I started building an online church directory and got a stomach ache seeing the mess out there. So, I started drafting a series of articles on getting off on the right foot with a church website.

The online church community needs a lot of help.
