Monk Development is looking for a full-time person to work in our San Diego office (Old Town) with churches and ministries using Ekklesia 360 by conducting online training, answering questions, overseeing the implementation process and providing support and assistance. This position will require customer service, project management and end-user support (limited technical know how).

The role requires:
1. A passion for churches and ministries helping them use their website to do real ministry online.
2. Organization and attention to detail to provide project oversight and direction to see projects through to completion.
3. Great communication skills and the ability to support and educate clients on the use of Ekklesia 360 system.

Bonuses:
1. Previous project management and customer support experience.
2. Church planting, church or ministry experience.
3. Knowledge and use of Content Management Systems or blogging software (e.g. WordPress).
