Good questions. Here are my expectations:

Sunday: Many may come on Sunday morning as part of a cultural Christianity and believe that is 'doing church'. Through our call to a life of 'being the church' we seek to convert them to be on mission and in the life of the community.

Community - Those that take hold of the vision and call to be the church at Kaleo will engage in the life of the body.

Classes - These are specifically designed so that although everyone can come to most of these, a smaller group will be trained and bring that back into the life of the community. Leadership development classes won't be as often as every week.

Hey Drew,

It's good to see the overall structure (all 3 parts together).

I know often when I've seen this type of weekly rhythm - teaching on Sunday morning, teaching at community meetings, teaching a classes - that you get decreasing involvement (100% of people go to worship service, 50% are involved in community and 20% are in classes or formal training).

What is your expectation? That everyone will do all 3 every week? Are classes for everyone every week or more of a supplement?
