		<description>Wow, church is getting so complicated, I have a degree so I don't think I'm stupid and I don't even know what the words you use mean.  What is triperspectival?  Perhaps it should be my new word for the day to slip into my conversations with the great unwashed!</description>

		<description>That's some good, thoughtful material.  I've been trying to process some of the prophet, priest, king stuff for some time.  So few people seem to think in those categories of ministry.  But it is easy to see why some churches don't grow because they don't have a balance in the gifts.
