		<description>Empowerment is the one of the keys.  When the leadership leads well with the vision, then that gives the ministry team leaders the playing field.  They can be entitled to come up with the tactics within that playing field.  Too often I have seen churches lead out of a micro-management.  No one dares make a move until the decision has worked its way up the chain.  That is why churches move so stinkin slow.  Clear vision and empowered team leaders will help the church move fast and light and therefore be able to make a strategic kingdom impact.</description>
