I am a church planter in downtown Vancouver Canada - www.firstatnight.com My aunt, uncle and 2 cousins live in San Diego and I make it down there every couple of years. I went to The Rock church with my cousin - It was ok, but not really my vibe. We are into the second year of our plant, and are struggling. We need to reboot and draw up a new strategic plan. I still feel called to downtown Vancouver - to be a Christian community incarnating the gospel here. We don't hire a staff person or select a volunteer to lead unless they have all 3.
