Hey There! I stumbled upon your Kaleo church site and ended up here. I really enjoyed reading your thoughts on the transistion that is going on in the church. As a SDSU graduate I am also glad to hear that someone is doing something differently in terms of ministry there. Most of my experience with Christians at SDSU was guys preaching and setting off arguments, which never ended well. I could not agree with you more regarding the growth of the church. I am now in the Philippines working with a ministry and the one thing that we long for here is a reform from the "traditionalism" that grips the society. The longer I spend time here and in other developing nations my heart is grieved that the main export of American Christianity is either the "Flash Bang Ministry" or the "Tradition Belief & Church Structure System". I think you are right on in saying that we as emergants can't just stand here and rant about everything the Church is doing wrong; rather we should focus on what it is God is doing in our midst and growing as The Church together.
